The hotel service was exceptional, the ski concierge unpacked and packed our ski tube for us, they helped you put your boots on/off, so the hotel room never felt like a ski room except for the fireplace :-). Water was provided everywhere. All the staff were welcoming, friendly, willing to do anything for you and well-trained. The lodge was beautiful and nestled in the mountain.

The hotel is ski in, ski out the rooms are very comfortable, the only thing is the kitchen did not clean the fruit at the buffet in the mornings, so it make me doubt about the high standard they have, the hotel was not very clean either.

The buffet breakfast was amazing - everything you could hope for with omelettes made in front of you to order. Amazing staff who remembered just how we like our coffees and hot chocolates - it's the little things. Skis and passes available on site with ski in, ski out access.
